Terms of service

By purchasing a product from Raccoon Clothing Company, you are accepting the following terms of service.

• I (the customer) understand that I will not receive a refund simply because I am suffering from buyers remorse, or regret from the decisions I have made purchasing from Raccoon Clothing Company.

 

• I (the customer) understand that products naturally degrade over time from wearing and washing apparel. I (the customer) also accept that Direct to Film apparel degrades and may peel over time.

 

• I (the customer) understand that each product is made to order, therefore production and shipping times may take longer than other stores. However, I (the customer), understand that is not reasonable grounds for a refund.
